Research of IT resource management and service platform in colleges and universities

Abstract:This paper starts with analyzing problems that domestic colleges and universities have met during informationization,and talks about the necessity of setting up IT Resource Management and Service Platform.An operational management mode suitable for domestic colleges and universities' IT Resource Management and Service Platform is proposed according to ITIL.And the IT Resource Management and Service Platform of East China University of Science and Technology is took as an example to describe the operational management mode deeply.
