Abstract:Yao ethnic minority is an old-line nationality living in South China with an abundant culture.It has formed its comprehensive,far-reaching and prominently functional customary law of mediation and trial during the long-term evolution of society.The contents of the customary law include adjudicators and mediators,scope and principles of mediation and thoses of trial,as well as their processes and results.
