Abstract:Network ideological and political education (This article is abbreviated as IPE) refers to the IPE method that uses Internet technology to conduct open teaching to students or audiences of IPE. New media refers to the use of digital technology to provide users with information and services through channels such as computer networks, wireless communication networks, satellites, as well as terminals including computers, mobile phones, and digital televisions. This paper mainly analyzed the realization path of college students’ network IPE system in the new media environment combined with big data technology. In this regard, this paper proposed the K-means clustering algorithm and the ant colony algorithm as the research methods of this paper. Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that the adaptive characteristics of freshman students are more obvious. There are 187 first-year students who are still in the adaptation stage, accounting for 93.5%. These students will have different degrees of difficulties in adapting to psychology, life, and study. These problems affect and restrict the direction and quality of college students’ daily life and self-development. In the new media environment, this paper conducted an experimental analysis on the online ideological education of college students. The experimental results have shown that the K-means clustering algorithm and the ant colony algorithm are effective in the research of the college students’ network IPE system.

Abstract:Using the association rules among both data mining (DM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, this paper proposes concepts and techniques for enhancing the curriculum environment based on the modernization of the educational field curriculum scheme of Ideological and Political Education (IPE) classes in universities and colleges. The study analyze the inter-subjectivity concept to the model development from the conceptual level, the benchmark value of the whole setting, multidimensional spacetime, and the leading importance of the Internet governance idea to the reformation of IPE in the colleges and universities. The findings assess the issues with IPE transformation and development in colleges and universities and suggest solutions, as well as four mechanisms of "methodical design underlined in the overview, team-work cooperation of team development, augmentation of environmental development, and double endorsement of quality management”. The concept of developing a” three-stage full atmosphere" network IPE architecture for universities and colleges is presented as one of the remedies to enhance the efficiency of the IPE in universities. This idea is based on experience summary, theoretical analysis, and empirical study. The timeliness concerns of IPE transformation in universities and colleges are resolved by using in-depth comprehension and evaluation of the necessary knowledge of DM-AI, which is then used to apply the appropriate DM-AI methodologies. This allows the relevant administrators to quickly learn the crucial data in complicated problems and suggest solutions for subsequent decision-making.

Abstract:With the development of AI and other computer technologies, AIED has begun to cause new reforms in the international education. At present, most Higher education institutions in European and American countries adopt AIED to varying degrees to assist and improve the teaching environment and teaching experience of international students. This article will mainly compare the application of AIED in universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, interview Chinese students and faculty at each university through questionnaires, and analyze the interviewers attitudes towards AIED. This article will also collect reviews from international students and international education practitioners on some commonly used learning assistance platforms based on AI technology, such as MOOCS and Grammarly. This article decoded the collected interview comments and coded and integrated similar information as well. The final conclusion of this article is that the vast majority of educational professionals and international students believe that the benefits of AIEDs application outweigh the disadvantages, but ethical consideration could be drastically significant.

Abstract:The research put emphasis on the importance of the quality control in intelligence studies from the view point of efficiency. Based on the literature review,the key success factors of an intelligence project are summarized as the communication,the raw data, the format of reports,and the procedures. As a key element in the control processing,the subjective factor can not be avoided in the evaluation of intelligence quality. Several proposals to improve the quality control in Chinese intelligence studies are presented at the end of the paper.

Abstract:College English teaching is supposed to cover both language acquisition and culture learning due to the close relationship between language and culture, taking cultural teaching as an indispensible part of college English courses. With the rapid integration of information technology and English curriculum, artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities to college English teaching, and college English cultural teaching methods are now faced with new innovations. In the age of intelligence, to promote teaching quality and learning effect, artificial intelligence technology can be embedded in English teaching practice, exerting its technical advantages and frontier characteristics. Abstract:Recently, many universities, particularly in China, started to offer undergraduate degree programs for the discipline of "Intelligence Science and Technology". However, until now, there is no universally recognized, explicitly defined, standard curriculum for the discipline of "Intelligence Science and Technology". This is probably because it is very difficult for scientists from various disciplines (including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, etc.) to reach a universally accepted answer to the fundamental question, what is intelligence and why study it? Based on our understanding and consideration about the discipline of "Intelligence Science and Technology", in this paper we sketch a primary framework for the body of knowledge about the discipline of "Intelligence Science and Technology", propose a curriculum model for undergraduate degree programs of the discipline, and show example curriculums. Many practical curriculums for the discipline of "Intelligence Science and Technology" can be derived and developed from our curriculum model according to different emphases on a specific scientific or technical aspect in different departments.

Thus,human errors,not just the information system,lead to the failures.It explores the relationship between intelligence analysts and policy makers,follows by a wider concerns of obstacles to accurate and timely warning,the theories of cognitive dissonance politicization of intelligence,limits of the group think,etc.,and concludes that analyses could be enhanced with insights from cognitive theory and intelligence culture.

Abstract:Abstract In this paper, the basic framework of AI education is firstly constructed by combining educational AI technology, and then the technical architecture, including intelligent classroom, online learning platform, and interactive learning tools, is built based on the content of intelligent teaching environment of Civics education in colleges and universities. Then, we explored the students’ Civics learning under the intelligent teaching environment, analyzed the correlation between the Civics teaching effect and intelligent teaching, and investigated the influence of the intelligent teaching environment on the Civics teaching effect through a stepwise regression model. Intelligent teaching correlates with students’ learning interest, theoretical knowledge, professional ability, and learning attitude at the 5% level, with correlation coefficients of 0.798, 0.656, 0.712, and 0.553. In this study, theoretical references are provided for the integration of intelligent technology into Civics teaching.

Abstract:Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data profoundly impact people's way of life and way of thinking, and college ideological and political education (IPE) has gradually entered the era of online education. On account of this, this study designs an online education algorithm based on AI technology to help teachers better understand the situation of students' online IPE teaching and improve the management of IPE in universities. Firstly, the learning features of students are extracted through the Back Propagation Neural Network (BP) model. This model summarizes the shortcomings of feature extraction in machine learning, and can simultaneously obtain depth information from the signals of multiple sensors, thus increasing the overall algorithm classification accuracy. Secondly, combined with the human behavior recognition model, the status and behavior of students' IPE teaching can be obtained in real-time from students' listening devices. Finally, the algorithm's classification performance is evaluated by experiments and compared with the designed model. The results reveal that the recognition accuracy of the designed classification algorithms for the sample students is 98.59%, 98.99%, 99.21%, 100%, 97.10%, 95.61%, and 100%, respectively. In addition, comparing the algorithm with similar recognition algorithms, its index values of accuracy and precision are 97.83% and 97.82%, respectively, which are better than similar classification algorithms. Finally, through the experimental samples, the accuracy of the human recognition model is tested and compared with other recognition models. The results reveal that the designed model has high recognition accuracy. This study is of great significance for improving teachers' innovative IPE methods and optimizing the management level of online IPE teaching.
