Abstract:Applied theory that the role network of Project -based stakeholders is dynamic network to agency -construction project,defined the role of Project-based stakeholders from the perspective of production factors,By analyzing the timing;logic and quantitative relationship of production factors expressed by the stakeholders,we researched deeply contract composition of construction Agent System for government-funded projects,and put forward that the contractual nature of construction agent system is a contract series which has Long-term,medium-term and short-term contract made by a group of stakeholders who want to share the project resources on the basis of public demands.
