Abstract:Information and technology are considered a revolutionary inlfuence on current Chinese education. However, the research has shown the application of IT in education and instruction is low in high schools. In this research, ecological theory is used. IT, students and teachers, knowledge, external system and mechanisms constitute an ecological system in education information technology. In this research, the interaction between knowledge and technology serves as an example for exploring the mechanism of mutual inlfuence of different elements in the ecosystem. The test scores, competition scores, competition types and IT learning manner of students who were recommended for university admission in high school have been compared. The results show that the knowledge from diverse knowledge production mode needs its own teaching strategies and technical support. This case indicates that the low adaptability degree of IT and its ecosystem is the main cause of inefifcient integration of IT in education and instruction. Furthermore, this research illuminates the key to creating a new norm of IT Integration in Teaching is increasing the adaptability degree of IT.

Abstract:The existing education system cannot meet the Chinese learning needs of social groups well. There are certain problems in ecological, balanced and benign development. Since the new century, information technology has developed rapidly, and Internet technology has been widely used in cross-cultural education. Starting from the current development status of international Chinese education in the new era, this paper takes its healthy development as the guiding principle, explores the feasible ideas of promoting educational development through interdisciplinary studies from the perspective of ecolinguistics, proposes some development strategies for international Chinese education, strengthens the construction of international Chinese education response mechanism for emergencies, promotes the effective allocation of international Chinese education resources, and especially strengthens the in-depth application of modern information technology in all aspects and fields of international Chinese education.

Abstract:The rapid development of network technology has not only affected the original teaching methods of schools but also added new vitality to the development of Chinese universities. The need for innovation in English education has been widely acknowledged, but there are still shortcomings in using digital technology to empower foreign language teaching based on the current situation of English teaching. The purpose of this article is to examine the problems and obstacles that exist in traditional English education from the view of Urie Bronfenbrenner's Theory of Bioecology (Five Environmental Systems) and find innovative ways to reform English education in a network environment, where opportunities and challenges are present. To further promote the integration of information technology and college English education, this article proposes suggestions such as building an information teaching platform, establishing a systematic curriculum system, providing a diverse learning environment, improving the level of information-based teaching for teachers, innovating teaching evaluation systems, innovating college English teaching concepts, and constructing a long-term mechanism for the curriculum. By implementing these suggestions, universities can greatly improve the quality of English education and enhance the English proficiency and cultural literacy of college students.

Abstract:In recent years, the development of the internet technology and the popularity of social software facilitate people ’s communication and cooperation , provide solid fundament for “collective intelligence”. In the era of interconnection and resource sharing, collective intelligence, as a new intelligent form, provides learners more accurate, timely and complete learning experience. Abstract:What counts as a ‘good education’ for citizens of the information age? What do young people need to prepare them to move beyond ‘immigrant’ status within the emerging Learning Society? One potential for information and communications technologies (ICT) is to change the profession of teaching, so what can the UK National Grid for Learning mean for the teaching profession? Can teachers join to form a virtual community that acts as an interconnected grid supporting learning across the nation? This chapter attempts to draw upon developments and research of the 1990s around the world, real and virtual, and to move beyond them into the future. The author acknowledges that such an attempt is risky in the extreme given the increasing speed of change in educational and social systems and their interaction. To predict a year ahead may be reasonable, but to attempt a view that will be of use to teachers in the future may well prove to be foolish!

Abstract:The 21st century is an era of knowledge and information. Modern science and technology based on information technology has inspired profound changes in the world, including college education. Information literacy is an intrinsic element that often plays an important role in teaching and school management. In the information age, how to improve college teachers’ information literacy has become a major issue in the development of college education. This paper focuses on the study of college English teachers’ information literacy. It first studies the basic connotation of information literacy of college teachers which covers information awareness, information knowledge, and information ability. Then this paper takes college English teachers in North China Electric Power University as the research object, and adopts questionnaire survey and literature research to analyze the current situation of the information literacy of college English teachers. Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of teachers’ information literacy, and the current situation of college English teachers’ information literacy, this paper puts forward three strategies for improving college English teachers’ information literacy: enhancing college English teachers’ self-development consciousness, making use of group dynamics, and perfecting modern information technology training system.

Abstract:This study applies intelligent ubiquitous network technology to the field of education and leads to the benign development of intelligent education and teachers' professional informatization. This study proposes the concepts of eco-classroom, smart education, and flipped classroom and conducts practical research on the teaching effectiveness of the three elements of eco-classroom: teachers, students, and environment. Because of the problems of inaccurate positioning of data fusion, single application function, and difficulty of automatic correlation of data stored in multiple networks in the intelligent ubiquitous sensing environment, the method and path of multidimensional data fusion governance are proposed and put into practice to achieve good results in practice. Based on the characteristics of ubiquitous learning in time, space, and dimensional changes between reality and time, combined with the law of knotted learning and Bloom's mastery learning theory, the five components of the teaching model and their correlations are sorted out, and the teaching model of higher education under the vision of ubiquitous learning is constructed to achieve the goal of students' mastering knowledge and skills and promote the innovation of the education and teaching model. The model interaction site is created, a ranking system is developed, and professional standards for the new era are developed to help educators reconstruct their professional competencies. The concept and characteristics of knowledge sharing in the ubiquitous network environment are analyzed, the knowledge sharing model in the ubiquitous network learning environment is constructed, the status of knowledge sharing practice in the ubiquitous network environment is studied, and suggestions for improvement are put forward to optimize knowledge sharing in the ubiquitous network learning environment.

Abstract:Teaching in general and language teaching in particular has enormously changed through time. Language teaching, throughout the twentieth century, experienced massive changes and innovations to become more dynamic, active, and interactive. Language teaching in the twentieth century has witnessed diverse theories and trends which shaped language teaching based on needs, context, practicality, and availability of resources. Meanwhile, there has been the addition of information and communication technology (ICT) to the theories and methodologies mentioned. The Internet, in particular, is becoming an increasingly vital tool in our information society. In this research, which is a quasi-experimental study, we studied the effects of ICT on a sample of 55 EFL college students. The findings show that ICT enhances language learning experience and can act as an effective tool both for teaching and learning. The author hopes the current study makes its way into the education system both in high schools and universities and can persuade the teachers to integrate ICT and teaching.

Abstract:From the perspective of ecology, traditional English teaching in colleges and universities is an ecologically balanced system. After a long time of running, each ecological factor in this ecosystem slowly reaches a relatively compatible and stable state. However, with the development of information technology and the leap of people's thought, English teaching in higher education is constantly reformed. These changes will inevitably lead to the corresponding changes in traditional teaching objectives, models, teaching materials, courses, and other factors, thus breaking the original ecological balance and causing many imbalance phenomena. From the perspective of ecology of education, this paper discusses the deep causes of the imbalance in the ecosystem of college English teaching, and then puts forward the optimization strategy. By advocating the collaborative development of teachers and students, the college English teaching ecosystem of foreign language talent training can be developed soundly.

Abstract:The penetration of information communication and technology (ICT) has increased in the developing world but there is still a huge gap between the need for ICT infrastructure and its availability. Alongside this, previous literature on ICT and CO2 emissions provides that ICT is a double-edged sword that can increase/decrease emissions. Against this background, this study checks the role of ICT and education with environmental quality by controlling the role of globalization, income, and financial development for developing countries over the period of 1996–2019. For empirical analysis, we use second generation econometric methods which overcome the issue of heterogeneity in the study variables. The Westerlund cointegration test results show the presence of long-run link among the variables. The long-run estimates of Cup-FM and Cup-BC indicate that ICT increases environmental quality by reducing the emissions level while education, income, financial development, and globalization decrease environmental quality by increasing emissions level. Policymakers are suggested to encourage investment building ICT infrastructure, develop and implement modern information systems, use the financial sector to devise policies regarding funding ICT projects at an affordable interest rate, and increase public pressure on political leadership to reduce unsustainable practices improving environmental quality.

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students, and explore the challenges faced by these two kinds of education in the information age. First, different research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and interdisciplinary research, are used to investigate and study the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students. Second, the survey data are analyzed to reveal the challenges they have encountered. The results show that there are many problems in ideological and political education, which need to be improved and strengthened. The Internet has a strong attraction for college students, but the purpose of getting online of many college students is not clear. Although it plays an important role in improving teaching quality by helping college students establish correct attitudes toward their study, values, life, and society, ideological and political education lack strong pertinence and effectiveness due to the professionalism of the teachers. And the negative impact of network information on ideological and political education of college students is also obvious. About 11.4% of the respondents believe that network information affects their physical and mental health. About 8.4% of the respondents believe that harmful information on the network is easy to induce students to behave wrongly. About 41% believe that computer games distract them from learning, which indicates that the negative impact of network information on college students cannot be underestimated, and it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. The research provides a useful reference for the ideological and political and psychological education in the information environment and helps to solve the problem in the ideological and political education and psychological education of college students.
