Abstract:In the management of colleges and universities, the occurrence of crisis may have a serious impact on the security and stability of the university. The amount of data inside and outside the university is huge, which is inefficient for manual processing. Therefore, the use of big data technology to process and analyze various internal and external data of universities has become an effective way to solve these problems. This paper designs and optimizes the flow of university crisis management and early warning evaluation system based on big data grid algorithm. Big data grid algorithm is used to collect and integrate all kinds of data inside and outside the university. Data mining and machine learning techniques are used to analyze and model the data to identify potential crisis risks and warning signs. Then a set of process optimization scheme was summarized and designed, and finally the system was built and tested. Through experiments, it was found that the university crisis management and early warning evaluation system based on big data grid algorithm showed obvious advantages in the accuracy of crisis warning, the rapidity of information transmission and the effect of crisis response. The system can detect the potential crisis risk in time, and provide corresponding warning tips and countermeasures, so as to effectively reduce the probability of crisis and the impact on schools.
