Abstract:University Chemistry Experiment is the foundation course in chemical specialties of colleges and universities. The quality of the University Chemistry Experiment may directly concern the level of talent cultivation. From the three aspects including instructional function and operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment, deepening reform of University Chemistry Experiment and the practice of operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment, the basic rules and operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment in local colleges were explored. The operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment can be operated effectively via integrating the contents of University Chemistry Experiment, figuring out the train objective of University Chemistry Experiment, motivating the educational reform initiative and increasing the integrated level of experiment teachers and improving the teaching conditions.
