Abstract:In actual complex scheduling problems using linear combination rules,there is still no good method to determine the rules to be combined and the weights.ANFIS is adopted to combine the heuristic rules adaptively and obtains some fuzzy rules in Job Shop scheduling problem with parallel machines.The simulation shows that the ANFIS based adaptive algorithm combines the rules very well and it performs better than those heuristics rules.The future research direction of adjusting the ANFIS structure to better suit scheduling problems is pointed out.
