Abstract:To Study the constitutents of Scutellaria barbata D.Don.The isolation and purification of the compounds were performed by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC methods,and their structures were determined by comparison their physicochemical characters and spectral data with literatures.From the methanol extracts,ten compounds were isolated and indentified as Oleanic acid(1),Ursolic acid(2),(E)-4-Methyl cinnamic acid(3),aurantiamide acetate(4),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5),p-hydroxyacetophenone(6),5-hydorxy-7,3′,4′,5′-tetramethoxyflavone(7),apigenin(8),5,7,4′-trihydorxy-8-methoxyflavone(9),5,7,4′-trihydorxy-6-methoxyflavone(10),respectively.
