The construction ways and management means of industry ecosystem

Abstract:Establishing industry ecosystem is a key for the final realization of circular economy. Scholars at home and abroad have studied on the industry ecosystem about its concept, character, constructing principle and management idea, but it is lack of thorough research. This paper studies this thoroughly, illustrates industry ecosystem’s character of openness, circulation, level, localization, economy, evolution and regulation; It believes that the key for the construction of industry ecosystem rests with the constitution of ecological industry chain and eco-industrial symbiosis network that uses highly circulated substance and energy, discusses the indus- try ecosystem’s construction ways from the aspects of ecological industry chain, industry ecosystem’s diversity, key species corpora- tion, industrial symbiosis network, and information network; It puts forward the management of industry ecosystem demands the consideration of regional character, and should be under the guidance of eco-industry management idea, adopts management method such as life cycle assessment, product ecological design, planning of eco-industry park, eco-industry incubation, and risk assessment of eco-industry chain etc, sets up one new-style industry ecosystem’s management system for the realization of the harmonization and sustainable development of the industry ecosystem and natural ecosystem.
