Abstract:This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the emergency counterplan for coal mine accident,and then suggests the emphasized research on the reassessment of hazard source,establishment of hazard source database and real-time monitoring,and the setting-up of computer platform for accident emergency response,which are the key technologies of accident precaution,monitoring and emergency response in mine safety.This paper probes into the core of these key technologies,and points out that based on strengthened management,emphasis protection and computer application,an information management system for accident emergency rescue plans can be established,which is helpful for the realization of intelligent,informationized and high-effective emergency command,and for the integration of accident precaution,monitoring and rescue so as to exert its practical effects.
