Discontinuity and Reconstruction of Traditional Sports Culture of China

Abstract:Under the strong pressure of western sports,the competitive,market-based and school-based development models are used by Chinese traditional sports culture to answer and resolve the crisis of globalization.Though carefully examination and sort out reality,the paper finds that three kinds of patterns exist in cultural discontinuity,thus may be bring bad impact for Chinese traditional sports culture.From an academic speaking,discontinuity caused by modernity,therefore,it needs to be rebuilt the development model of traditional sports culture through the cultural roots in china so as to eliminate the consequences of modernity and resolve the crises from globalization.
