Expressions of ATM Protein in Colon Cancer Cell Lines with Different Radiosensitivity

Abstract:【Objective】 To determine the expression of ATM protein in two colon cancer cell lines with different radiosensitivity.【Methods】 Two colon cancer cell lines with different radiosensitivity,HM7 and HT29,were established.The localization and quantity of ATM protein were analyzed by fluorescence immunohistochemical method and laser scanning confocal microscope(LSCM).【Results】 ATM protein was located in both nucleus and cytoplasm,it was more strongly expressed in nuclei of HM7 than that in nuclei of HT29.【Conclusion】 The expressions levels of ATM protein differ in HM7 and HT29.The variance may be related to their different radiosensitivity.
