Abstract:We establish compatible left-symmetric algebra structures on the finite-dimensional Witt algebra over an algebraically closed field of characteristic p > 3, satisfying specific Z or Zp-graded conditions. Our primary method involves the representation theory of the Witt algebra in Zp-graded case. Additionally, as a consequential result, we partially answer a question raised by Shen. Abstract:We obtain exhaustive classification of inequivalent realizations of the Witt and Virasoro algebras by Lie vector fields of differential operators in the space $\mathbb{R}^3$. Using this classification we describe all inequivalent realizations of the direct sum of the Witt algebras in $\mathbb{R}^3$. These results enable constructing all possible (1+1)-dimensional classically integrable equations that admit infinite dimensional symmetry algebra isomorphic to the Witt or the direct sum of Witt algebras. In this way the new classically integrable nonlinear PDE in one spatial dimension has been obtained. In addition, we construct a number of new nonlinear (1+1)-dimensional PDEs admitting infinite symmetries.

Abstract:We describe new $q$-deformations of the 3-dimensional Heisenberg algebra, the simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{sl}_2$ and the Witt algebra. They are constructed through a realization as differential operators. These operators are related to the modular group and $q$-deformed rational numbers defined by Morier-Genoud and Ovsienko and lead to $q$-deformed Möbius transformations acting on the hyperbolic plane.

Abstract:In this article, we'll introduce a $q$-variant of Witt vectors and de Rham-Witt complexes. This variant is closely related to the Habiro ring of a number field constructed by Garoufalidis, Scholze, Wheeler, and Zagier, to $q$-Hodge cohomology, and to $\operatorname{THH}(-/\mathrm{ku})$. While most of these connections will only be explored in forthcoming work, the goal of this article is to provide the necessary technical foundation.

Abstract:As a natural generalization of ordinary Lie algebras we introduce the concept of quantum Lie algebras . We define these in terms of certain adjoint submodules of quantized enveloping algebras endowed with a quantum Lie bracket given by the quantum adjoint action. The structure constants of these algebras depend on the quantum deformation parameter q and they go over into the usual Lie algebras when q = 1. The notions of q-conjugation and q-linearity are introduced. q-linear analogues of the classical antipode and Cartan involution are defined and a generalized Killing form, q-linear in the first entry and linear in the second, is obtained. These structures allow the derivation of symmetries between the structure constants of quantum Lie algebras. The explicitly worked out examples of and illustrate the results.

Abstract:We classify all the pairs of a commutative associative algebra with an identity element and its finite-dimensional commutative locally-finite derivation subalgebra such that the commutative associative algebra is derivation-simple with respect to the derivation subalgebra over an algebraically closed field with characteristic 0. Such pairs are the fundamental ingredients for constructing generalized simple Lie algebras of Cartan type. Moreover, we determine the isomorphic classes of the generalized simple Lie algebras of Witt Type. The structure space of these algebras is given explicitly.

Abstract:A type of directed multigraph called a W-digraph is introduced to model the structure of certain representations of Hecke algebras, including those constructed by Lusztig and Vogan from involutions in a Weyl group. Building on results of Lusztig, a complete characterization of W-digraphs is given in terms of subdigraphs for dihedral parabolic subgroups. Graph-theoretic properties of W-digraphs are established including, under certain assumptions, acyclicity. In case the Coxeter system is finite, a bound on the number of vertices of a connected W-digraph is obtained, and a graph-theoretic version of the usual duality operation is obtained.

Abstract:The authors introduce a pair of canonical-conjugate q-deformed operators D, X and discuss the relations between the deformed operators D, X and q-series. The realizations of some Lie symmetries, Heisenberg and quantum Heisenberg algebras are given for the operators D and X. They show that the q-analogous Hermite polynomials are representations of Heisenberg and quantum Heisenberg algebras realized in this way. When q is a root of unity, the properties of the q-analogous Hermite polynomials are also discussed.

Abstract:In this paper, we present an investigation of quantale algebras (Q-algebras for short) as lattice-valued quantales (Q-quantales for short). First, we prove that the set of all fuzzy ideals of a commutative ring with appropriate operations is a [0, 1]-quantale. Furthermore, we discuss some properties of localic nuclei on Q-algebras, and show that the category of Q-algebras with the quantale structures being frames is a full reflective subcategory of the category of Q-algebras. From this result, we can conclude that the category of L-frames is a full reflective subcategory of the category of L-quantales, where L is a frame. Finally, we build and characterize the Q-quantale completions of a Q-ordered semigroup.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduced the notion of Hom-Lie antialgebras. The representations and cohomology theory of Hom-Lie antialgebras are investigated. We prove that the equivalent classes of abelian extensions of Hom-Lie antialgebras are in one-to-one correspondence to elements of the second cohomology group. We also prove that 1-parameter infinitesimal deformation of a Hom-Lie antialgebra are characterized by 2-cocycles of this Hom-Lie antialgebra with adjoint representation in itself. The notion of Nijenhuis operators of Hom-Lie antialgebra is introduced to describe trivial deformations.

Abstract:The Onsager Lie algebra $O$ is often used to study integrable lattice models. The universal enveloping algebra of $O$ admits a $q$-deformation $O_q$ called the $q$-Onsager algebra. Recently, an algebra $\mathcal O_q$ was introduced called the alternating central extension of $O_q$. In this paper we introduce a Lie algebra $\mathcal O$ that is roughly described by the following two analogies: (i) $\mathcal O$ is to $O$ as $\mathcal O_q$ is to $O_q$; (ii) $O_q$ is to $O$ as $\mathcal O_q$ is to $\mathcal O$. We call $\mathcal O$ the alternating central extension of $O$. This paper contains a comprehensive description of $\mathcal O$.
