Abstract:Calisthenics is an important content of female students' elective course in colleges and universities. How to offer the students the excellent study circumstance is a urgent problem which the teacher must face. The authors conceive and design four aspects, such as form leaching guided ideology, teaching contents, teaching methods and examine contents in order to offer reference base for calisthenics teaching.
