Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the research and development of LCD driver based on S3C2410X under Linux system.At first,a detailed account of the principle of LCD controller and LCD controller and pins of S3C2410X are given.Meanwhile,the set rules of LCD control register is given.And the hardware specific graph paper is given based on the liquid crystal parameters of the system,the parameters of LCD control register are gained.Then it introduces principle of the frame buffer,notes two aspects of the realization of the frame buffer,and develops the corresponding driver.The results show a good,stable operation.The innovation of the paper proposes a LCD driver programming method that is applicable to S3C2410X hardware and universal.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and implementation of LCoS field-sequential-colour(FSC) display driver system.The driver system uses FPGA as main controller,and uses two high speed DDR2 SDRAM to store image data.By means of regarding one frame image as a process unit,the driver system convert parallel input RGB signal into three series output homochromy image.By coordinating the driver system with the optical projector,FSC display on LCoS with the resolution of 800×600 is realized.

Abstract:A design of vehicle running experiment data recorder LCD based on S3C2410,an ARM9 chip or micro-controller,is introduced in this paper.It first introduces a design of the man-machine interactive LCD hardware module,and analyzes the design of its software system at the same time.The paper then discusses the framework and hierarchical structure of the drive program for the frame buffer device,and presents the development scheme in detail for LCD device based on the Linux operating system.

Abstract:Taking advantages of the modular nature of Linux, a set of Linux modules were improved to make Linux run on various SoC. The module improvement was including: developing a target-specific bootloader, designing a memory management module for the MMU-less processor, real-time improvement in scheduling module and organizing a small footprint file system for the flash memory. These modules can be reassembled on demands, catering for different boards and applications. Moreover, methods for developing embedded Linux are concluded, including tool chains and debug techniques. Case studies on two hardware platforms, based on ARM720T and M68K respectively, shown that the work satisfies application requirements.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the currently popular embedded operating system WinCE.NET,that is not fully supporting USB floppy driver,an implementing strategy for USB floppy based on WinCE.NET is put forward.By adopting stream interface driver model,the USB floppy driving program is developed;The control of USB floppy is implemented with UFI technology.The method and whole procedures for formatting USB floppy are given;the program has been applied successfully in ARM9-based multi-functional computerized embroidery machine.The program is simple and easy to use;it is good reference for developing driving program for similar USB devices.

Abstract:The principles for intrinsic greyscale generation and stabilization of bistable photoaligned FLCD are discussed and investigated. In order to realize these principles, the passive matrix driving scheme for FLCD is proposed and studied. Passive 160×160 matrix addressing photoaligned 5μm reflective FLC display (48mm×46mm) with high contrast and 4 memorized grey scale levels is demonstrated. Images can be saved for very long time without any power supply. 15V driving voltage is only needed to refresh information, which is impressive and desirable for low power consumption display such as PDA, e-paper etc.

Abstract:In order to coordinate with the control of three-axis servo injection molding manipulator,the embedded technology was applied to the design of the supervisory controller.After the analysis of the actual man-machine interaction need of the manipulator controller,the AT91RM9200 was used as the hardware core and the embedded Linux was used as the operation system.It was composed of LCD display and touch screen input module,keyboard input module,serial communication module,Ethernet communication module and etc..After tests,the results show that this supervisory controller is safe,reliable,and it could provide good reference in designing for other similar industrial controllers.

Abstract:A design and implementation of HDLC device driver based on the S3C4510B and uClinux is presented.By registering the HDLC device to the uClinux kernel as an Ethernet device and carrying out protocol conversion between Ethernet and HDLC in the device driver,high efficient data forwarding between Ethernet and HDLC interface is achieved.The initialization of HDLC device,data transmitting and receiving along with their interrupt handlings are discussed.

Abstract:Linux is now widely used in embedded systems.The procedure of developing linux video capture is introduced,based on the standard of V4L2——Video for Linux 2.The platform chosen is s3c2440 developing board,with the camera chip ov9652.As s3c2440 doesn't support sccb interface,the implementation of simulating SCCB protocol with GPIO is also described.It worked well at last,for video previewing and codecing.

Abstract:This paper introduces the graphics dot matrix OLED display module based on the SH1123 drive,and then gives out the hardware interface circuit between the C8051F340 microprocessor and the module.Through a brief analysis of the SH1123 command system,the paper focuses on the realization of the underlying drivers of the module in the C language programming environment.It provides the realization of using keys to control the display menu.The OLED has good display effect and low power.So it is very suitable to the application which human-computer interaction interface shall has good display effect and low power requirements.

Abstract:To enhance flexibility of embed system,USB floppy driver is developed under WinCE.NET,based on the structure of stream interface driver,the characteristics of load mechanism of stream interface driver,UFI technology is used to control USB floppy,USB floppy format method and detailed process are presented finally.The driver has been successfully applied in the regional water monitoring and measuring instrument based on ARM9,and it extended the functionality of the instrument,a good reference value is provided for similar device.

Abstract:A display driving module based on the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) with LCD driver ICs was designed by the research of the 17.8 cm(7 in) AMOLED.The program is designed with Verilog HDL.By studying the characteristics of OLED display,the LCD driver ICs is chosen to fit it.A method connecting screen with ICs is present.Through using double data-driver and changing the polarity of the ICs,the problem that dot inversion of LCD Driver ICs is not matching AMOLED is resolved,and the brightness is doubled.For the data driver IC can only receive 6 bit/pixel data,but lost 2 bit data,this paper introduced the digital halftone technique.Using dynamic Bayer dithering algorithm on the low 2-bit input data to compare,and the treatment results is fed back to the high 6-bit data.Thus the output image quality is improved.

Abstract:The method of control 240128 lCD with built-RA8803 controller through serial port by PIC32MX microcontroller was described.How to use the serial port to transmit commands to LCD and the ways of use LCD to display texts,picutres and custom graphics were expounded in detail.The hardware connection diagram and key parts of the source code were given.Test results showed that this method could achieve the desired objectives.Seven I/O ports have been saved compared with drive directly by parallel ports.

Abstract:The MMI(Man Machine Interface) of relaying protection,composed of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and high - performance RabbitCore RCM2200,is used to display and modify the information of protection CPU. The hardware design of the interface between RabbitCore RCM2200 module and VPG12864T LCD module with embedded T6963c controller is introduced with circuits and its direct control mode is presented. Read and Write operations are implemented using port E of RCM2200. The software of RCM2200 is programmed with Dynamic C of Z-World Corporation and the flowchart of VPG12864T parameter setting is presented. The Chinese characters are displayed in 16 ×16 pixels and the Chinese character base is generated by selecting the Chinese characters needed. The structure of Chinese character base and the flowchart of Chinese character display are proposed. The designed interface is feasible and efficient.
