Abstract:Breast cancer (BC) is a malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in women, and among women, it is 1 of the leading causes of death. [ 1 ] During the last few years, BC incidences have steadily increased in China, growing between 3% and 4% each year. [ 2 ] Currently, as cancer rates in developing countries have continued to rise steadily, BC has become the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women. [ 3 , 4 ] There is no exact mechanism of the disease, but most scholars believe that BC is related to endogenous hormone disorder, heredity, and environment. [ 5 ] The symptoms and signs of early BC are not well-defined, making it difficult to attract the attention of patients. It is usually detected during a physical examination or BC screening; breast lumps, nipple discharge, skin changes, and nipple retraction or elevation may occur in patients with intermediate and advanced stages, nipple skin itching, erosion, ulceration, crusting, scaling, with burning pain, to the nipple, axillary fossa lymph node enlargement and other typical symptoms, if not treated in time, will lead to the spread and metastasis of cancer cells, threaten women's health. [ 6 , 7 ] Therefore, taking effective methods to treat BC has always been a key issue in the medical community.
