Abstract:Objective To embrace a new round hospital rating examination,and to boost continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods We unscrambled the criteria of the new round hospital rating examination,set up work plans,established pattern wards,focused on core items,employed quality control tools for quality inspection.Results The management of nursing quality in our hospital has been further standardized,and the nursing work has been well recognized by experts of hospital accredation from the Ministry of Health.Conclusion Re-examination of hospital ratings could make the management of nursing more standardized and boost continuous improvement of nursing quality.
