Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Platycodonis Radix.Method:Qualitative analysis of Platycodonis Radix was indentified by thin chromatography,and moisture,total ash and alcohol-extract were measured.Platycodin D was analyzed by HPLC.Results:We obtained moisture,total ash and alcohol-extract measurements of 13 batches of Platycodonis Radix;Meanwhile,we measured and determined the Platycodin D by HPLC.Conclusion:The paper formulates the quality control standards of Platycodonis Radix,which can be used to estimate the Platycodonis Radix.
