Abstract:The strategy of "Establishing Province by Ecological Way" was proposed by the provincial government in the early 21st century, which is a complicated systemic engineering, with the sustainable development as the core, harmonizing of human and nature as the key. The main content is the development of ecological economy, the protection of ecological environment and the cultivation of the ecological culture. The ultimate goal is to promote overall the harmonious development of economy, society, population, resources and the environment. It is needed to establish the idea of ecological civilization and construct a healthy civilized ecological culture system, which include the ecological environment, the ecological awareness and the ecological system.
