Abstract:The development of RNA gene science research is flourishing day and day.The relative research of RNA was given the prize of Ten Evolvement by The magazine of Science in 2002.People discovered that double chain RNA can restrain the gene expression which contains the certain sequence.By using this character,people make gene silent strongly outside organism and initiate a new and speeding development life science research area.RNA interference technology arouses the interest of almost all research area of biomedicine.Because it not only posts the mechanism of gene silence,but also is the tool of analyzing gene's functions.RNA interference technology is meaningful to the whole human beings and it also has a bright application future.
