Abstract:To help advance command and control system to success in rapid automatic guiding and control of air-defense missile firepower,two key techniques which can automatic control of guidance radar's operating sector of fireunits and automatic sending of target indicating information to target tracking channels of fire units are refined and studied.The basic contents of a battle command and control system exchange information with multi-channel fire units is analysed.Then,focusing on how to control fire units antenna turning control and automatic target indication,it expatiates what are taken into account when designing a battle command and control system and multi-channel fire units,and the main processing and responding procedure of each other.It can help designing how a new battle command and control system interacts with multi-channel air-defense missiles.

Abstract:Abstract Large caliber truck-mounted artillery is a popular weapon developed and equipped in recent years because of its advantages of low cost, high mobility and strong firepower. However, in the firing process of vehicle mounted artillery, it is bound to face the problems which traditional towed artillery or tracked self-propelled artillery does not have. Taking a large caliber truck-mounted artillery as object, a whole artillery dynamics virtual prototype is established and three key technologies of dynamics simulation are studied, which are the influence of turret race waggling on the force of elevating equilibrator and other mechanisms, the top-down optimization design method of the spade, and the influence of tire support on firing stability. The results show that the turret race shaking will directly affect the force magnitude and even direction of the elevating mechanism, and the influence of the angular acceleration of the rotating part given by the turret race shaking needs to be considered; In order to achieve lightweight design, the design parameter of the mechanism such as the spade should be taken as the optimal value in combination with the firing stability of the gun. The traditional truck-mounted artillery usually does not take the driving system as the bearing structure during firing, but it is found that when the wheels land and provide a certain proportion of support force, it is helpful to maintain the vehicle body position. The research can provide reference to the dynamic simulation and design technology of related vehicle weapons.

Abstract:This paper addresses the problem that artillery condition assessment work is still stuck in the way of regular maintenance and after-the-fact repair, which makes it difficult to achieve accurate equipment protection, etc. Taking a typical artillery loading system as the research object, this paper uses simulation and experimentation to carry out research on loading system condition assessment by constructing a digital twin system framework for artillery equipment condition assessment, studying the construction of twins, data transmission between physical entities and twins and other key technologies, and providing a reference method for achieving accurate artillery maintenance and protection.

Abstract:Abstract In traditional artillery shooting, meteorological information is provided by meteorological unit, but because of the inconsistency between meteorological observation sites and shooting sites, there are errors in meteorological data, which affects shooting accuracy. In order to reduce the influence of meteorological data errors on firing accuracy, it is proposed to acquire multi-meteorological data along the ballistic trajectory by using the dropsonde carried by the UAV, and calculate the meteorological data along the ballistic trajectory for artillery firing. Through simulation calculation, using meteorological data along the ballistic for artillery firing can effectively improve firing accuracy.

Abstract:Abstract The new artillery power system adopts the power supply mode of multiple power modules in parallel, which has the advantages of strong versatility, high power, high reliability, and low cost. The main difficulty lies in the current sharing of the power supply modules. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional current sharing method such as low current sharing accuracy, poor dynamic response, poor output voltage stability, and low anti-interference ability, this article analyzes the necessity of parallel power supply current sharing and the principle of traditional average current sharing method, based on average current sharing method, a three-closed-loop autonomous current sharing control method is proposed, and a system model of power supply modules operating in parallel is established to realize the intelligent and autonomous average current distribution of power supply modules operating in parallel in the artillery power system to meet the power required by the load in the system. Through simulation analysis and prototype test, it is verified that the three closed-loop autonomous current sharing control has the advantages of high current sharing accuracy, fast dynamic response, good stability and strong robustness.

Abstract:Aim.Ever advancing air war technology is constantly pushing air-to-air missile to have better and better maneuverability and performance.We seek to go one step further in this endless game by designing a new compound control system,which combines traditional aerodynamic control with reaction jets.In the full paper,we explain in detail the design of this new compound control system;in this abstract,we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the three topics of explanation:(A) FCMAC(Fuzzy Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller) neural network;CMAC was first proposed by J.S.Albus in 1975~([4]);Fig.1 in the full paper gives the architecture of FCMAC neural network;(B) nonlinear pitch model of missile with aerodynamic-control/reaction-jet compound system;under topic(B),we derive eqs.(1) through(4) in the full paper;(C) design of controller;under topic(C) we derive eqs.(5) through(12) in the full paper;we like to mention in particular that eq.(11) is used by designers to perform what we call feedback linearization or dynamic inversion.The new compound controller has simple architecture,quick learning convergence,and is easy to be implemented by hardware.Numerical simulation results,given in Figs.2 and 3 in the full paper,illustrate that the presented neural network control method possesses strong adaptability to system nonlinear variations.

Abstract:Abstract Research on the new tasks and capabilities are required for ammunition in the future intelligent air combat, the concept of smart munitions is put forward, and the intelligent development approaches of single equipment intelligence, system intelligence, swarm intelligence and system of system intelligence are put forward. This paper classifies and analyzes the relevant projects currently carried out by the US military, and on this basis summarizes the development trend of airborne smart munitions. Finally, some suggestions for the development of airborne smart munitions in China are given. The above research results will provide reference for the construction of intelligent equipment system of airborne intelligent ammunition and the direction of technology research.

Abstract:The launch dynamics theory for multibody systems emerges as an innovative and efficacious approach for the study of launch dynamics, capable of addressing the challenges of complex modeling, diminished computational efficiency, and imprecise analyses of system dynamic responses found in the dynamics research of intricate multi-rigid-flexible body systems, such as self-propelled artillery. This advancement aims to enhance the firing accuracy and launch safety of self-propelled artillery. Recognizing the shortfall of overlooking the band engraving process in existing theories, this study introduces a novel coupling calculation methodology for the launch dynamics of a self-propelled artillery multibody system. This method leverages the ABAQUS subroutine interface VUAMP to compute the dynamic response of the projectile and barrel during the launch process of large-caliber self-propelled artillery. Additionally, it examines the changes in projectile resistance and band deformation in relation to projectile motion throughout the band engraving process. Comparative analysis of the computational outcomes with experimental data evidences that the proposed method offers a more precise depiction of the launch process of self-propelled artillery, thereby enhancing the accuracy of launch dynamics calculations for self-propelled artillery.
