Effect of Spraying on Efficiency of Collecting Nano Dust

Abstract:The theory of jet producing negative pressure to inhale air and turbulence droplets impact nanometer dusts were employed to develop a sampling device for collecting nanometer dust.The sampling mechanism was illustrated,and the effects of the systems of atomization and atomized wetting and double atomization on collecting efficiency were studied,which presented that the efficiency of atomization was only about 35%,the collecting efficiency increased to 53% with wetting,the efficiency of double atomization was 80% with high-speed and disordering spray.
