The result shows that rational exploitation, utilization and collocating sports resources such as manpower, financial, material, information, science, system are the important successful experience for every country to keep sports sustained development. The deficiency of sports finance and quality of preparing for games are the main factors that restrict unsuccessful sports countries in 27 th Olympic Games.

Abstract:Talent swimmers retire at an early age,which results in a lack of experience in high-level training methods for Chinese swimming cause.Literature review is applied in this article to make a comparative analysis on the present career span between domestic and foreign talent swimmers.It is concluded that the career span of the former is 6.3 years shorter than that of the latter and the former maintains comparatively short-lived competition edge.Through factor analysis,this article classifies into five factors 20 major elements presently affecting the career span of Chinese swimmers.Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures are given to enlarge the career span of Chinese talent swimmers.
The Technical Analysis of Synchronized Swimming Competition in 9~(th) National Games

Abstract:In this article, the author observes the technical selection and free selection technique in synchronized swimming final in 9th national games, and compares it with those in 8th national games. The result shows that after 8th national games, there is great improvement in synchronized swimming, the quality of technical movement has been improved greatly, the ability of swimmers have been enhanced. The free selection routine is new, original and unique, and success rate is high. However, There are still some problems such as weakness of specific strength, poor driving and swimming ability, lack of degree of difficulty and variety of exercise.

Abstract:In swimming competition, a rational disposition of physical strength is seen as a major factor in deciding the final outcome. Among various items in swimming competition, the issue of physical distribution over the 400m race has aroused the most extensive controversy. In this paper, concerning the achievements of elite athletes home and abroad in 400m freestyle swimming race, the principle of variation coefficient in statistics has been adopted and calculation is conducted in regard to the newly-defined speed coefficient. The features and disciplines in the tactics application of those top athletes are analyzed from a new angle about the adoption of phase speed pattern. It is hopeful that this paper could provide some valuable suggestions about the puzzle of physical distribution over the swimming competitions for swimming coaches in the process of their instruction.

Abstract:The relation between total results of home and foreign elite decathlon and sub-item is analysized in this paper by tops method and compared with the average score of sub-item of athletes at home and abroad.It reveals the status sequence of every item among decathlon training and indicates the gap among them.This provides reference for scientific arrangement controlling training and improving the result of Chinese sportsman decathlon as soon as possible.
Data Analysis on the Results of the 4*200m Freestyle Relay in Olympic Swimming

Abstract:The 4*200m Freestyle Relay has been established as an Olympic event for many years and is welcomed by many audiences. The data visualization and analysis in this report are based on the 4*200m Freestyle Relay data from 1984 to 2020. Firstly, the overall situation of this Olympic event is presented. The data and charts show that a few teams in the world own the medals for the 4*200m, and in these teams, the USA and Australia are especially prominent, so one could almost say they are dominant. In comparison between these two teams, the USA was more dominant in the early years, but in recent years, the gap between Australia and the USA has narrowed. From the aspect of different sexes, male athletes in Team USA are more competitive, while female athletes in Team Australia are more competitive. In addition, teams with better performances in the 200m Freestyle are more likely to be brilliant in the 4*200m Freestyle Relay. The conclusions of this research bring some inspiration. For national teams, it is necessary to bring up enough athletes who are excellent in the 200m Freestyle if they want a brilliant performance in the 4*200m Freestyle Relay. For the Olympic Swimming audiences, more exciting 4*200m Freestyle Relay matches, and more teams that win medals in this event can be expected.

Abstract:Governments have a responsibility to provide equal opportunities for sport and physical activity to all people of population. Chinese governments have issued many policies, such as “exhibition in the south, expansion in the West and East” of ice and snow sports to promote and stimulate the participation of the broad masses of the people. As a high-cost sport, the participants of ice and snow sports are usually socially elite groups. This study investigated the participation of cultural elite groups in ice and snow sports and investigated the social mobilization effect of ice and snow sports participation promotion policies by using binary regression and sequential regression models. The research shows that there are two different stages of one-time and continuous participation in the development of ice and snow sports in China. The one-time participation of ordinary people in ice and snow sports is mainly in response to the social mobilization of government policies. At the same time, it is positively correlated with site restrictions and knowledge of ice and snow sports. In the continuous participation group, gender, income, perception of ice and snow culture, and convenience near the site were highly positively correlated with consumption level. According to the results, low- and middle income people are less likely to participate in these activities because of their income. Therefore, this policy can increase inequalities.

Abstract:Based on test data of physical form of women’s volleyball team members who participated in "National Elite Young Female Volleyball Training Program" from 2011 to 2018, applying information technology, this study has grouped data according to each year and each age group and therefore obtained statistical data as well as established databases on the average, mean value, minimum value, maximum value as well as sample size of the athletes’ height(cm), weight(kg), BMI, hand-foot spacing(cm), finger spacing(cm). Applying the Excel software, this study has arranged and compared the average data of these five indicators, systemically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of physical form of each age group from each year, thus revealing the characteristics of physical form of our country’s high-level reserve talents of women’s volleyball team, in an attempt to make sensible selections of teenage athletes, improve the rate of talent as well as to provide a theory basis for a scientifically appropriate training regime.

Abstract:This study aims to enhance the competitive level of Chinese freestyle skiing aerials athletes by developing a specialized physical fitness evaluation index system and model tailored for high-level Chinese athletes. This system intends to provide theoretical references and training monitoring schemes in preparation for the 25th Milan Winter Olympics. A study was conducted on 29 high-level Chinese freestyle skiing aerials athletes. Physical fitness test indexes were selected using a literature review, expert interviews, and questionnaire surveys, and athletes were tested. Athletes were ensured to be in optimal physical condition before testing. Based on the test results, the representative indexes of the evaluation system are finally determined by combining R-type clustering analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. Determine index weights through weight questionnaires and normalization, and develop evaluation standards through methods such as percentile counting and weighted scoring. Physical fitness evaluation system for Chinese freestyle skiing aerialists includes three aspects: evaluation index, index weight, and evaluation standard. The evaluation indexes include 3 first-level, 11 second-level, and 11 third-level indexes of body form, physiological function, and physical quality. In the evaluation weight, physical quality is ranked first, and physiological function and body form rank second and third, respectively. The evaluation standard consists of a scoring evaluation standard and a rating evaluation standard. Based on the index system, this study constructs the general and ideal physical fitness model of China's high-level freestyle aerials athletes. The constructed physical fitness evaluation system effectively represents physical fitness development status of high-level freestyle skiing aerials athletes, providing a basis for creating personalized training plans. The established model serves as a reference for athletes' physical fitness development objectives.

Abstract:Based on the elementary investigation and analysis on respiratory function of 72 Chinese ex-swimming male athletes, it is found out that the profound training effect on lung function could be maintained for a long time after detraining.Age, length of detraining and former performance are critical to their respiratory function.Compared with the students of Guangzhou institute of physical education and common Chinese civilians, the ex-swimming male athlete had significantly powerful lung function.

Abstract:Adopting literature study and comparative research,this paper analyzes the reasons,objective,achievements and problems of the issuing of the Chinese Olympic Gold Medal Winning Program.The historical achievements of this program are mainly manifested in the performances of the players at the Olympic Games,the improvement of the Chinese athletic sports events,the investment of more social benefits into the athletic sports development,and the better recognition of the Chinese people of the national spirit.Problems in executing this program show that the Olympic strategy has become Olympic gold meal strategy,so that athletic sports are just for winning gold medals.Consequently,the athletic sports are in lack of reasonable mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to insist on the socialized development of sports and let the sports clubs work for the national teams.

Abstract:Training in elite sport aims at the optimization of the athletic performance, and to control the athletes`progress in physiological, anthropometrical and motor performance prerequisites. However, in most sports, the value of longitudinal testing is unclear. This study evaluates the longitudinal development and the influence of intense training over 2-years on specific physiological performance prerequisites, as well as certain body dimensions and motor abilities in elite youth athletes. Recruited between 11-13 years of age at Shanghai Elite Sport school, the sample of student-athletes (N = 21) was categorized as the swimming group (10 athletes), and the racket sports group (11 players: 7 table tennis and 4 badminton players). The performance monitoring took place over two years between September 2016 and September 2018 and included 5 test waves. In all the test waves, the athletes were assessed by means of three physiological measurements (vital capacity, hemoglobin concentration, heart rate at rest), three anthropometric parameters (body height, body weight, chest girth), and two motor tests (back strength, complex reaction speed). Seven out of eight diagnostic methods exhibit medium to high validity to discriminate between the different levels of performance development in the two sports groups. The investigated development of the performance characteristics is attributed partly to the inherited athletic disposition as well as to the different sport-specific training regimens of the two sports groups.
