Abstract:Application,preparation principia and methods of well-aligned zinc oxide nanowires/rod array were summarized,and especially with the emphasis on gas-phase synthesis and liquid-phase synthesis.Several typical methods were introduced.Development direction and application prospect of well-aligned zinc oxide nanowires/rod array are stated at last.
