Abstract:An incubation experiment was conducted to study the effects of Mancozeb of 0, 0.15, 1.5, and 5 mg·kg-1dry soil in different regions of Jinan (cinnamonic soil), Heze ( moisture soil), Yantai (Brown soil ) on soil enzymes activities.The results indicate that there are significant differences among the effects of Mancozeb on soil enzymes activities.Urease and catalase activities are slightly stimulated by low concentration of Mancozeb of 0.15 mg·kg-1, but are strongly inhibited by high concentration of Mancozeb of 1.5 and 5 mg·kg-1,and the higher the concentration of Mancozeb is, the greater inhibition is.However ,stimulation and inhibition are gradually decreased at the end of incubation experiment , and restored at the control level in the 28th day after treatment.
