Abstract:Zero-speed fin stabilizer is a new kind of anti-roll system,the lift and control method of zero-speed fin stabilizers is different from traditional fin stabilizers.The lift measurement system which is suitable for zero-speed fin stabilizers is built by improving existed experiment system and control system.The lift measurement system includes lift sensor and data collecting and analyzing control system based on PAC(PC based PLC).The system can be used to analyze and test the lift model of zero-speed fin stabilizers and supply a useful data for engineering experiment.
