Abstract:The development of the globalized economy has also made enterprise financial management work into a new stage of reform, the; transformation of the market economic system has also made the enterprise financial management work content and mode of change the traditional financial management model has failed to meet the needs of the current enterprise, and even hinder the development of enterprises. In the new economic background promoting financial management reform and innovation is not only the way of enterprise development. It is also in line with the trend of the times, where the article through the trend of economic development and in-depth analysis of the current financial management situation.By analyzing published literature and using the literature analysis method, we summarize the current problems in corporate financial management and propose corresponding solutions to the problems based on the key points of the problems, thereby providing reference and help for corporate development.

Abstract:Financial statement analysis bases on financial statements and other information, using special analytical tools and methods to systematically analyze and evaluate the past and present operating results and financial position of an enterprise. It also predicts the future development trend of the enterprise and provides valuable information for decision-making to reduce uncertainty in decision-making. The current financial statements have limitations in the financial statements themselves, including the lack of non-financial information, the lagging nature of the financial statements, accounting policies, optional accounting treatments and subjective estimates by accountants. In terms of financial analysis indicators, some of the solvency indicators and operating capacity indicators have limitations. In terms of financial analysis methods, the comparative analysis method, factor analysis method and trend analysis method all have certain limitations. These limitations are discussed and analyzed in this paper. Suggestions are also made on the financial statements themselves, the indicators to be analyzed in the financial statements and the methods of financial analysis.

Abstract:In the economic transitional period, the problem in financial transaction between banks and enterprises is a distorting credit relationship.Through analysis on the theory of incomplete contract,asymmetrical information and credit sub-optional game,this paper demonstrates that the harmful choice and moral hazard in financial transaction between bank and enterprise cannot be avoided.Based on such analysis,some countermeasures such as institutional arrangement,improvement of micro economic environment and credit breeding in financial transaction between banks and enterprises are recommended.

Abstract:Finance is the core competitiveness of the country. Since the reform and opening up, China's financial industry has developed rapidly and made historic achievements, but there are still many contradictions and problems that make it difficult to meet the requirements of high-quality economic development. First, the debt problem: China's enterprises, local governments and household sectors are all facing considerable debt pressure. Some enterprises and local governments have hidden debts, and the debt of the household sector is also increasing. This poses a risk to the stability of the financial system.Second, financial institution risk: Some financial institutions have risks, including credit risk and liquidity risk. Some non-bank financial institutions have relatively low capital adequacy ratios and are potentially at risk of default.Third, financial chaos: some financial chaos problems still exist, such as illegal fund-raising, online financial fraud and so on. These issues challenge the effectiveness of financial regulation and public trust in the financial system.Fourth, structural problems in the financial system: there are some structural problems in China's financial system, such as insufficient interaction between the banking sector and the capital market, and relatively low efficiency of financial resource allocation. These problems constrain the development of the financial system and sustainable economic growth.
