Abstract:Dendrobium Sw.,known as one kind of valuable medicinal herb,are widely used in pharmaceuticals and health products.Under natural conditions,medical Dendrobium endophytes can promote the seedling growth rate,enhance biological resistance and induce synthesis of secondary metabolites.Moreover,medical Dendrobium endophytes can accelerate the growth rate and ensure survival of transplanting.In this paper,the biodiversity of endophytes and the relationship between endophytes and medical Dendrobium were overviewed,and the application of the endophytes was prospected.
