Abstract:The practice experience and achievements of"teacher professional development school"of Pudong New Area,especially in the system construction and action exploring,can be transformed through ascension to the professional norms and professional guidance of teacher professional development school(PDS).The so-called professional guidance mainly refers that the teacher professional development school develops the professional standards and professional guidance that accord with practical characteristics,in order to lead to the development of PDS toward the direction that embodies the mission of the PDS and the evaluation index system,eventually forming overall objectives and classified targets.
