Design and Realizeation of Digital Wireless Low Power Temperature Sensor

Abstract:This paper introduced a digital wireless temperature sensor based on PIC16F73 microcontroller、digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and a single chip RF transceiver nRF901 with a low power consumption and a battery supply.The temperature test range is from-40℃ to 85℃.Resolution is 0.0625℃ with precision of 0.5℃.Static state current is less than 8μA and dynamic current is less than 0.75mA.Reliable communication distance is 40m in urban area.
