Construction and Application of the Evaluation System of Emergency Nurses' First-Aid Skills Level

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this program was to establish the evaluation system of emergency nurses' first-aid skills level,so as to consummate the evaluation system on different level nurses in emergency department.Methods:The evaluation system of emergency nurses' first-aid skills level was constructed by the method of consulting literatures,system analysis,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process.Then 64 emergency nurses of our emergency department were recruited and analyzed with this new system.Results:Finally 4 levels were emerged,which included 80 specific targets,this evaluation system of emergency nurses' first-aid skills level was validated to be scientific,reasonable and practicable.Conclusion:This evaluation system of emergency nurses' first-aid skills level is suitable to evaluate the emergency nurses' first-aid skills overall,which provides an effective guideline to manage nursing human resources.
