Research development of cardiac remodeling in pregnancy

Abstract:Cardiac remodeling in pregnancy is mainly characterized by cardiac hypertrophy which is the physiological adaption of the heart to the hemodynamic changes in pregnancy.Understanding the mechanism is of great significance to ensure the maternal and fetal safety during pregnancy.This article reviews the main hemodynamic changes,cardiac changes and molecular mechanism of cardiac remodeling in pregnancy.
