Abstract:Guidance and support by Medical Administration Ministry of Health,the characteristic single disease quality management for cerebral infarction was established through learning from single disease management pattern of American hospitals and international guideline on medication for cerebral infarction.After four years of practice,the single disease quality management for cerebral infarction has come into continuing improvement phrase,and also encounters problems of heaven disease burden,diversity of score methods,immature management system,insufficient application of thrombus dissolution,etc.,which needed to be solved in further studies.
