Abstract:The charge plan of steelmaking is crucial for production plan of iron and steel enterprises.Aiming at the complexity of having multi-objective and multi-constrain, the integer programming model of charge plan problem was established.For solving this model, a multi-phase heuristic algorithm was introduced, based on the rules from the experience of the experts.Furthermore, charge plan simulation system for steelmaking was developed based on the model and algorithm, and the structure and function of the system were discussed.The software system was tested by online data.And the evaluation indices of charge plan were computed.Results show that the model and algorithm can efficiently and quickly workout the charge plan.The simulation system provides a test platform, which will lay the groundwork for application to production process in the future.
