Abstract:Corporate e-learning is different from school e-learning,such as service-oriented strategy,the economic characteristics, adult learning objects,etc.The first part proposes corporate e-learning project evaluation model based on analysis the process of corporate e-learning project,and comparing corporate e-learning and school e-learning difference.The author takes a field research on 15 well-known corporates of their e-learning projects,and comes out 33 sub-categories of the eight categories evaluation index system,and apply AHP for the quantitative analysis.At the end,author uses case method to introduce the specific application of AHP in the corporate e-learning project evaluation.
