Abstract:In China,structure optimization and adjustment of industrial organization is the core foundation of adjustment of economic structure and economic growth mode.Industrial organization optimization has different dimensions,such as the optimization of market structure,ownership structure and spatial structure.The industrial organization optimization shows different paths during the different process of China's industrialization.With the open-up policy,international division of labor is characterized by factor instead of product,which makes the structure optimization and adjustment of industrial organization have new feathers,namely taking Global Value Chain as its carrier.China's participation in the international division of labor formed and embedded in the captive Global Value Chains.Structure Optimization and adjustment of industrial organization in China need to achieve transcendence of captive Global Value Chains and thus form its own dominated value chains.
