Abstract:Aiming to realize "full coverage, full collection" of electric power users information, it changes the situation which can not timely complete and accurate control the electric power user’s information for a long period. In the article the communication technology which was used in the information collection system was firstly analyzed, then the communication solution which was the combination of the fiber backbone network and the 230 MHz intelligent relay was proposed. The key technologies such as the way of network, communication timing, routing technology were in-depthly researched, and a 230 MHz micro-cellular network and terminal relay solution to eliminate blind spots was proposed. Finally the experiment was made. The experimental results show that the solution was reliable, safe, practical and feasible.
