Cloning and Construction of Expression Vector of Promoter Rd29a and CBF2 Gene Related to Adversity Stress

Abstract:The adversity stress inducer promoter rd29A and transcription factor CBF2 were amplified from Arabidopsis thaliana L..The DNA sequence analysis showed that the amplified 951 bp rd29A sequence included the whole four strict cis-acting element,DRE、ABRE and so on;the amplified 651 bp CBF2 gene included the whole AP2 DNA binding region and specific amino acid sequence-PKKPAGRKKFRETRHP and FADSAWR.In addition,the authors constructed the plant expression vector which was regulated by promoter rd29A and CBF2 gene.
