Abstract:Knowledge sharing can help to knowledge magnification in enterprise. It makes knowledge resources of enterprise utilize continuously and advances competitive power of enterprise radically. The application of game theory can solve knowledge sharing problem. Moreover, it is realistic significance to analyze knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise by making use of evolutionary game analysis method because of employee's bounded rationality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the long-term evolutionary trend of knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise by applying replication dynamics mechanism of evolutionary game theory on the condition of bounded rationality. In this paper, on the basic of evolutionary game theory and method, we create the evolutionary game of knowledge sharing mechanism, and then analyze dynamical evolutionary process. The analysis results indicate that the impact factors of knowledge sharing mechanism evolution are cultural environment of enterprise knowledge sharing, knowledge absorption transformation ability of employee and the difference of knowledge level among employees. The important way to accelerate good and orderly development of knowledge sharing lies in building good enterprise internal cultural environment, reducing risk coefficient and cost of employee knowledge sharing and improving knowledge absorption transformation ability of employee. The paper supplies theoretical basis and practical guide to promote staff knowledge sharing for enterprise managers.
