Abstract:Papermaking principle and engineering is the core curriculum of light chemistry engineering.Traditional teaching focuses on the theory taught,and contacts unenough with engineering,which can't meet the needs of the modern paper-making enterprises.Teacher-led,student body as the core,we should contact closly with both the actual living and construction site and reform the curriculum in teaching methods and content,to achieve a seamless integration between the theory and engineering.By the teaching reform,we can cuttivate draining the students' engineering awareness,develop their initiative ability,and stimulate their interest in learning,strengthen their ability to adapt to the actual work and solve engineering issues,achieve the position zero distance,and be in line with high-level application-oriented personnel training needs.

Abstract:From the reform background of Excellence Engineer Education Plans, The main contents and characteristics of the soil mechanics experiment has been introduced in teaching oriented institutions. The shortcomings of the original experimental teaching have been analyzed. The reform measures of the soil mechanics experiment teaching has been discuss in this article. The experimental teaching should focus on training objectives, changes teaching concepts, highlight engineering applications. The experiment management system should be promoted to ensure the experimental effect. Teachers' team need to be strengthened to provide protection for the experimental teaching reform. The teaching methods should be upgraded and the integration experimental platform should be built. At last, the experimental evaluation has been analyzed. It will provide a useful guidance for the experimental teaching reform.

Abstract:Experimental teaching is an important indication of a university's comprehensive ability in teaching,research and management,which has a great influence on the student training.On the basis of the previous experimental teaching and the national project of "Training Outstanding Engineers",the Department of Hydraulic Engineering of College of Civil Engineering at Tongji University put forward an outstanding plan for the undergraduate students whose major in harbor waterway and coastal engineering.The objective of this plan is to train high-quality inter-disciplinary talents to be suitable to the new era.Taking the training mode of major in harbor waterway and coastal engineering from Department of Hydraulic Engineering of Tongji University as an example,this paper presents and sums up the reform of experimental teaching from three main aspects,i.e.upgrading of experimental teaching system,intensifying excellent courses and creating excellent experiments,the reform can provide some suggestions and references for others' teaching reforms.
