Abstract:This paper analyzed the innovation network mechanism of enterprises,and studied on the relationship among network capacity, innovation network and innovation performance as well as the formation and innovation mechanism of network capacity by adopting the structural equation modeling techniques.The research results show that the enterprise internal resource elements have a positive impact on the network capacity,innovation networks and innovation performance while learning ability has no significant impact on them; network capacity plays the role of intermediary in the relationship among internal resource elements,learning ability and innovation network; enterprise internal resource elements and learning ability affects innovation network and innovation performance through network capacity;internal resource elements and learning capacity are the source of the formation of network capacity.
