Abstract:The invention of recording equipments in the 20th century quickly changed our daily listening experience. The earliest recording tapes adopted the input and output of analog signals. The so-called analog signals function by recording the real sound on magnetic tape.It contains all the details of sound, but the weakness is that it has too much noise, and that storage, reproduction, modification and transmission are limited.Later emerged the electronic recording equipments, which marked the beginning of the socalled "digital living"era.Singing is recorded in digital way, which makes the voice clean and noise-free, and also storage, reproduction, modification and transmission more convenient and effective. The weakness, however,is that the timbre is relatively "hard", because it elides some details of sound to certain extent depending .on the equipment levels. With the advance of technology, digitalized sound is becoming more exquisite so that it almost makes the sound perfectly genuine. For this reason, more people tend to accept audio products in digital forms today. When electronic technology was introduced into the music realm, recording studio or sound"workshop"first came out, together with recording engineer or sound "chef"as well as relevant technical aesthetics. Thus, the equipments, producers and electroacoustic aesthetics form the major force of production in the present-day new type of singing recording. This concept of production and the new technology provide new possibility for sound processing, which enables emergence of new initiatives for creation of vocal works. We benefit from two kinds of music resources:genuine live music and prepared media music. Each of them has its own characteristics. The creative media sound has additional audio and visual movement,a supplementary attribute with unique charms that live music is often short of. When live music desires for sound movement, performers usually have to move their position while singing. This happens in some of the performances of contemporary works. It is only right to regard the two categories as two different aesthetic types that should not be antagonists to or compete with each other.
