Abstract:We gather damp soil,withered twigs,rotten leaves and seeds,decayed fruits and woods from the forest area at Xinglong Mountain in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou in June.The samples are firstly screened with CMCNa culture medium.By this means,we select many cellulase-producing strains with larger Hc value(ratio of diameter of clearing zones and colony).Among them there are fungi,actinomycetes and bacteria.Secondly the cellulase-producing strains are fermented and we measure enzyme solution CMCase activity and FPA activity.At last,the ten strains with high CMCase activity and FPA activity are screened. Observing the strains morpha and culture feature,we identify the ten strains are all mould.Among the ten strains,the cellulase activity of the strain 58-3A(FPA:497.78U,CMCase activity:1376.2U),the strain 42-2A and the strain 50-2B is the highest,They make filter paper rotten rapidly.The morpha of the strain 50-2B and the strain 50-2C is very different from the other strains.By observing morpha,we identify the strain 50-2B and the strain 50-2C are all Rhizopus Ehrenberg.the strain 50-2B FPA activity is 218.88U,CMCase activity is 1571.4 U,the strain 50-2C FPA activity is 273.78 U,CMCase activity is 1084.62 U.
