Abstract:The technique of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis was discussed.The structure of monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced.Some key techniques in the system implementation were analyzed which included the B/S structure,web diagnostic technique and so on.Using this remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system,domain experts and professional skill personnel can be summoned to diagnose faults of equipments based on web-model,and huge economic losses caused by faults of hydraulic equipments can be avoided.

Abstract:To improve the accuracy and instantaneity of the fault diagnosis of the flash welding machine hydraulic servo system,the fault diagnosis system is designed,based on the analysis of the failure mechanism and applying the computer technology,the digital signal processing technology and the fuzzy fault diagnosis theory.The fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm of the hydraulic servo system is researched,and applied it into the fault diagnosis of the flash welding machine hydraulic servo system.The actual fault diagnosis results show that the fault diagnosis system can diagnose the position,the type and the size of the faults,providing the bases for fault-shooting for the working site,shortening the fault-shooting time.So it has practical project values.

Abstract:Aimed at the shortcomings of the traditional pneumatic system monitoring such as low efficiency and high cost,a method based on machine vision was proposed.In this method,a CCD camera is utilized as the sensor to acquire the dynamic sequence images of the pneumatic system.After the analysis of the images via image segmatation and recognition,the system status is known.When compared with the normal status self-learned beforehand,it can be decided whether the system works normally or not,and a fault diagnosis is given if faults occur.The result of experiments shows this method is practical and accurate.

Abstract:A system combined the function of Industrial Computer, PLC, virtual instruments, sensors and data acquisition was designed and developed for testing and controlling of hydraulic steering control unit, which can achieve automated data acquisition, data processing, test results judgment, false alarms and etc. with the development of computer and science. The software of test system was designed through LabVIEW, and by using module design method, error detection, modify and maintenance of the software turn to be simple and the software become more robust. The system also adopted shielding and filtering with combination of hardware and software to improve test accuracy which reduces test error caused by operators and improve test efficiency.

Abstract:According to data monitoring and automation requirements of shield construction,the monitoring system of shield machine based on industrial network architecture is designed by a combinative model of centralized monitoring and distributed control,then the structural characteristics of the hardware and software of the monitoring system was analysed in detail.Aimed at the earth pressure balance technology in the monitoring progress of the shield,the expertise database based on experimental data of different stratum has been established by the adaptive control method based on the soil identification to achieve the adaptive control of earth pressure in the process of shield tunneling.The monitoring software programs are developed by the combination of LabVIEW and Matlab,and the results show that the human-machine interface of the monitoring system with good maneuverability and high security and reliability is intuitive.

Abstract:Aiming at the questions existed in the simulating test of shield tunnelling machine, a condition monitoring system of simulator test rig for shield tunnelling machine was designed using common configuration software “Kingview”, and the structure characteristics of hardware and software were also analyzed. The human machine interface of condition monitoring system was developed and designed, and the design idea was also expounded in detail. The experimental results show that the designed condition monitoring system has good operation performance and high security, which has been applied in the simulator tunnelling successfully.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of highly real-time, tremendous data transferring and complicated diagnostic causes of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with power electronic equipment, a novel idea of distributed system with industrial PC (IPC) and PLC controlling field terminal is proposed in this paper. Based on the techniques of power electronics, fault diagnosis and network, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system with combination of a three-layer C/S structure and Internet is presented, which achieves with high compatibility between different equipment. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the discussion about the structure of compatible systems, the compatibility design of remote monitoring and the realization of field control equipment, such as the data collection sub-system, the real-time monitoring sub-system, the fault diagnosis sub-system and the data disposal and management sub-system, and the design of the data transferring sub-system and the communication protocol format.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50207008).

Abstract:Concerning on the problems of low accuracy ,low efficiency and poor reliability of seg-ment assembly equipment of shield machine ,a monitor and control system for segment assembly test bed of shield machine is designed under the target of efficient assembly of segments .On the base of full analysis on the working principle and monitoring requirements of the segment assem-bly test bed of shield machine ,an industry computer based data acquisition and control system taking PCI based data boards as I/O interfaces was designed .Then a soft starter based electric control circuit system for the power motor and a direct starting circuit system for the air-cooled e-quipment were designed individually .A LabVIEW based monitor and control system software de-signed for high-speed data acquisition and real-time control was presented ,and finally a monitor and control system for the segment assembly test bed of shield machine was built according to previous design .The result of field operation shows ,with high speed and reliable computation of hardware ,the monitor and control system equipped with effectively designed software plays an important role in both the operations of the segment assembly test bed of shield machine and the research on efficient assembly of segments .

Abstract:Abstract The hydraulic system plays the role of power transmission in the working process of construction machinery, but their complex structure leads to their frequent failure, which in turn leads to serious consequences. Therefore, this paper first takes the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of the hydraulic system of construction machinery as the research theme and introduces the working principle of the hydraulic system of construction machinery and common fault mechanism and common methods of fault monitoring and diagnosis. Secondly, it proposes to analyze the key components of the hydraulic system based on the power bonding diagram theory and establish its bonding diagram model to analyze the working principle and power flow characteristics of key components. Finally, the pressure and velocity characteristic parameters are identified with the help of wavelet technology, and the energy distribution and energy entropy value of the hydraulic cylinder velocity signal are obtained by wavelet packet transform. The simulation results show that the wavelet-based analysis model proposed in this paper has good fault tolerance and robustness for fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system of construction machinery, and the correct rate of hydraulic pump fault diagnosis is up to 97%, with a correct average rate increased by 16%; the correct rate of hydraulic cylinder fault diagnosis is up to 95%, with a correct average rate increased by 13%. The wavelet analysis model can be widely applied to the fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems of various construction machinery, and it effectively improves the performance of hydraulic fault analysis systems and provides a key technology for fault identification and troubleshooting of construction machinery.

Abstract:This paper presents a remote automatic monitor and control system of small water power station rubber dam, based on S7-200 series PLC and WinCC HMI tool. The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:The material test machine masurements have disadvantages of mono-function and complexity for adding new testing programs.In order to solve these problems,the Delphi language based software development technology and microcontroller based automatic control technology were applied in the machine universal testing machine control system.The experimental standard for tension and compression of common materials were analyzed,and the requirement of the experimental procedure for universal testing machine was investigated.Based on these,the modular software and hardware design method was proposed to establish the upper computer software and lower computer hardware and software platform.Based on the platform,the multi-objective holding test examination,the compression tests of cement mortar and metal tensile test were experimented.The results show that the proposed modular design technology for the control system of the universal testing machine could solve the problem mentioned above and achieve a simple and flexible control system.

Abstract:This paper aims to study the fault diagnosis method of the mechanical hydraulic system based on artificial intelligence dynamic monitoring. According to the characteristics of functional principal component analysis (FPCA) and neural network in the fault diagnosis method in the feature extraction process, the fault diagnosis method combining functional principal component analysis and BP neural network is studied and it is applied to the fault of the coordinator hydraulic system diagnosis. This article mainly completed the following tasks: analyzing the structure and working principle of the mechanical hydraulic system, studying the failure mechanism and failure mode of the mechanical hydraulic system, summarizing the common failures of the hydraulic system and the individual failures of the mechanical hydraulic system, and establishing the mechanical hydraulic system. Description of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA): then, a joint simulation model of the mechanical hydraulic system was established in ADAMS and AMESim, and the fault detection signal of the hydraulic system was determined and compared with the experimental data. At the same time, the simulation data of the cosimulation model were compared with the simulation data of the hydraulic model in MATLAB to further verify the correctness of the model. The functional principal component analysis is used to perform functional processing on sample data, feature parameters are extracted, and the BP neural network is used to train the mapping relationship between feature parameters and fault parameters. The consistency is verified, and the fault diagnosis method is finally completed. The experimental results show that the diagnostic accuracy rates are 0.9848 and 0.9927, respectively, the reliability is significantly improved, close to 100%, and the uncertainty is basically 0, which significantly improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis.

Abstract:This paper introduces an Ethernet-based online monitoring system and its application to rolling bearings of the nine fan sets. The design of the system is based on embeded system and field bus. The system has many advantages used in industry such as multi\|channel, network, practicability and high capability to cost ratio. With the operation of the system in practice for three years, the results show that the design of the system is successful and the system can be widely used for monitoring the condition of rotating machinery.

Abstract:With the increasing number of deep-sea manned submersibles being on service, fault diagnosis for their control systems has become an indispensable task. Current hardware solutions of fault diagnosis are usually designed for a specific category of devices, which would lead to huge manual and economic costs when applied to deep-sea submersibles composed of subsystems varying in interface. In order to avoid the difficulties, a wireless-based fault diagnosis hardware solution is proposed which is applicable for systems with different electrical features. Moreover, it provides several functions including fault diagnosis, simulation of fault injection and direct control of actuators, and it not only possesses scalability for further analysis of target system but also expandability for applications besides deep-sea submersibles.
