On Background and Value of Administrative Legislation Assessment System in China

Abstract:Under the macro background of regulation reform promotion and government by law construction,China sets up the administrative legislation assessment system gradually due to the influence of the regulatory impact assessment system in western countries.By making up for the inadequacies in traditional control methods,such as delay,conservatism and one-sidedness,the establishment of the system can keep a whole control over the entire legislation process and review more deeply to the validity level.
