Abstract:The molecular structure,physical and chemical properties and biological principle ofα1 antitrypsin were summarized;the relationships of α1 antitrypsin and emphysema,tumour and CF were discussed in the article. Some common assay methods of α1 antitrypsin were simply illuminated;the lack of α1 antitrypsin and its clinic therapy were emphasize in the article.
