Clinical Features and Treatments of Genital Deformity in Female Children

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical features and reasonable operation style of genital deformity in female children.Methods Data of 28 cases from the hospitalized children patients with genital system deformity were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ratio of external and internal genital deformity in female children patients was 13∶15.there were 13 cases of atresia hymenalis mainly with primary amenorrhea,abdominal pain and dysuria.There were respectively 4 and 6 cases with Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ of atresia vagina which were characterized by periodically hypogastralgia.The key points to prevent postoperative recurrence was to wear mould continuously.There were 2 cases of transverse and oblique vaginal septa respectively,1 case of simple uterine deformity.Conclusion Genital deformity in female children was rare,the early diagnosis,and reasonable operation may be given according to the clinical features,to improve the life quality of the children patients.
