Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for quantitative evaluation of drug value scientifically.METHODS:Through literature survey,expert brainstorming,analytic hierarchy process,maximum difference scaling,drug value measurement was studied and drug value indicators system was established.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:Literature analysis shows that main influential factors of drug value are 4 internal factors and 3 external factors,in which 46 indexes can be identified.Drug value indicators system includes 3 hierarchies,i.e.safety,effectiveness and social externality;46 indexes can be condensed into 15 indexes according to 3 hierarchies.Weight analysis shows that,social externality has little effect on severe disease,chronic progressive disease and common disease.Weight of effectiveness is near or greater than 50%,and that of severe disease is near 80%.Weight of safety in chronic progressive disease and common disease is near 50%,but that of severe disease is only 10.5%.
