Abstract:Objective To investigate the alterations of several molecular markers of vascular endothelium,anticoagulant system and fibrinolytic system in hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy women,so as to examine the role of the markers in the diagnosis of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy and prethrombotic state.Methods The plasma levels of von willebrand factor(VWF),thrombomodulin(TM),alpha-2-antiplasmin(α_2-AP),D-dimer(D-D),and the activities of protein C(ProC),tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)were determined and compared in thirty-five normal non-pregnancy women, thirty-five normal pregnancy women and sixty hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy women before and after delivery.Results 1.The levels of VWF,TM,PAI-1,α_2-AP,D-D in hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy group were obviously increased than in the two control groups,and the activity of ProC in hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy group was decreased significantly. 2.The postpartum levels or activities of VWF,TM,t-PA,andD-D were significantly increased and levels of PAI-1 and ProC were significantly decreased obviously in normal pregnancy women(P＜0.01),but the change ofα_2-AP was not significant(P＞0.05).3.The postpartum levels or activities of VWF,TM,PAI-1,α_2-AP were significantly lower and the levels of ProC,t-PA,D-D were significantly elevated(ProC:P＜0.05;others:P＜0.01)in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients.Conclusions 1.The prethrombotic state is slight in normal pregnancy women, and is obvious in hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy patients.2.Prethrombotic states of in normal pregnancy women did not decrease,but have the tendency of increasing after delivery.3. Prethrombotic states in hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy patients were relieved obviously after delivery.Termination of pregnancy at the right time may alleviate the development of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy and prethrombotic state.
